'O' LEVEL COURSE(Foundation/Junior Programmer Level)

Objective

The objective of the course is to enable a student to acquire the knowledge and skills pertaining to Information Technology (IT Tools and Business Systems, Internet Technology and Web design, Programming and Problem Solving through 'C', Application of .NET Technology/Introduction to Multimedia/Introduction to ICT Resources.

NIELIT 'O' Level Course consists of 4 theory modules (3 compulsory modules and 1 elective module), 1 Practical examination and a Project.

In order to improve employability of its students, classes will be conducted on Professional English, Communication Skills and Personality Development as an Integral Part of the Course.

Eligibility

10+2 or ITI Certificate (One Year) after class 10 or Successful completion of the second year of a 3-year Government recognized polytechnic engineering diploma course after class 10. The 'O' level certificate will be awarded only after successful completion of the polytechnic engineering diploma.
